Absolutely. Confidentiality is one of our most important commitments. We never share client details, and our team operates with discretion. What happens on site, stays on site. If we do post on social media, we would only do so with your explicit permission.

Understanding Hoarding
Hoarding disorder is a recognised mental health condition acknowledged by the World Health Organisation. It is characterised by a persistent difficulty discarding or parting with possessions, regardless of their monetary value. People who hoard often experience intense distress at the thought of getting rid of items because those possessions feel meaningful, comforting, or necessary. The result is an accumulation of items that can overwhelm a living space over time. Hoarding is not a reflection of laziness, weakness, or poor character. It is a complex condition rooted in emotional attachment, anxiety, and often past trauma or loss. Understanding this is the foundation for approaching anyone who hoards with the compassion and patience they deserve.
The most important thing you can do is approach the situation with kindness, patience, and genuine understanding. Even if the items look like rubbish to you, they may hold deep sentimental value or emotional meaning to your loved one. What you see as clutter, they may see as memories, security, or a part of who they are. Dismissing that is dismissing them. Never throw anything away without their knowledge and consent, even if you think you are helping. Removing items without permission can cause lasting damage to trust and make the situation significantly worse. Instead, start by listening without judgment. Let them feel heard and safe. Encourage them gently toward professional support, such as a therapist who specialises in hoarding disorder, and when the time is right, a compassionate clean-up team who will work entirely at their pace. Progress may be slow, and that is okay. The goal is not a clean house overnight. The goal is to support someone you love in a way that preserves their dignity and your relationship.
Hoarding Clean-up
We begin with a quotation and consultation to understand your situation, your needs, and what outcome you're hoping for. During the clean-up itself, our team will sort and categorise items, pack and remove what needs to go, organise what stays, handle waste disposal responsibly, and then deep clean the space. We work entirely at your pace, nothing is discarded without your consent, and you're in control throughout the whole process.
It's entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be present throughout; others find it emotionally easier to step away for parts of the process. We'll discuss this during our initial consultation and find an arrangement that works best for you. Your comfort is our priority.
Absolutely not. Nothing is disposed of without your explicit consent. We sort and present items to you, making it as easy as possible to decide what stays, what goes to charity, what gets recycled, and what gets disposed of. This is your home and your belongings, we are here to assist you, not make decisions for you.
Every situation is different, so it's difficult to give a standard timeframe without assessing your specific situation first. A small apartment may take 2 or 3 days. It also depends on the level of hoard. We'll give you a realistic estimate after an initial consultation or walk-through.

Booking & Pricing
Simply call us on 068 410 3419 or fill in the contact form on our Contact page. We do require an in-person consultation and walk-through before providing a quotation. This allows us to determine the level of hoard, assess exactly what your needs are, and give you an accurate quotation.
Yes, we are available. We know that for many people, discretion and privacy may be easier to arrange on certain days. We will work around your schedule.
We do our best to accommodate all requests. But especially with hoarding, we need to do a consultation and walk-through first. We then put together a quotation and in some cases, certain requirements are necessary, which may take a day or two. Please call us directly though, so that we can see how quickly we are able to assist.
Future Services
Not yet, but it's where we are headed. We are actively preparing to expand into biohazardous and trauma clean-up services, including crime scene clean-up, suicide and unattended death clean-up, decontamination, and more. These services require specialised training and equipment, and we are committed to offering them with the same compassion and professionalism as everything else we do. Watch this space, or contact us to be notified when these services launch.
